Built as a tenant improvement at Northridge Mall, this 8,100 SF clinic includes a lobby and reception space, blood draw and lab processing, exam rooms, additional patient care rooms, offices, teamwork zone, and staff break areas. Due to accurate measuring and documentation, design and construction documents were completed in a short 3 weeks and construction was completed a full week quicker than the aggressive 13 week schedule.
